Grow & Tell provides paediatric speech pathology and occupational therapy at our Rhodes and St Leonards clinics, through mobile services in selected areas of Sydney and via Telehealth.
Our speech pathologists provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and individualised therapy to support speech sounds, language development, literacy, stuttering, AAC, social communication and feeding. Our occupational therapists support motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, emotional regulation, attention, self-care and everyday independence.
Therapy is tailored to each child’s strengths, needs and goals. We work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals to help children use their developing skills at home, preschool, school and in the community.

Grow & Tell provides mobile speech therapy, speech pathology and occupational therapy at homes, schools and selected community settings across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner West. Our experienced speech pathologists and occupational therapists deliver personalised support in familiar environments, helping children develop communication, motor skills and everyday independence.
Mobile Speech and OT allows children to develop and practise skills in their everyday environments, helping them apply what they learn to daily routines. It also supports collaboration with parents, educators and other people involved in the child’s development.

TELEHEALTH SPEECH PATHOLOGY & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ACROSS AUSTRALIA.
Grow & Tell provides online speech therapy and Telehealth occupational therapy for children and families across Australia. Our experienced Sydney-based speech pathologists and occupational therapists deliver personalised sessions from the comfort of home, helping families access professional support regardless of their location.
Our online speech therapy services support speech sounds, language development, literacy, stuttering, social communication and parent coaching. Telehealth occupational therapy may also support emotional regulation, everyday independence and functional skills, depending on each child's individual needs.
Families in Sydney, regional NSW and across Australia can access flexible online therapy appointments. Selected speech and language assessments may also be available through Telehealth where clinically appropriate. Our team can help determine which services are suitable for your child.
NDIS Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy in Sydney
Grow & Tell provides NDIS speech therapy and occupational therapy in Sydney for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our experienced speech pathologists and occupational therapists deliver individualised support tailored to each child's strengths, functional needs and NDIS goals.
Our NDIS speech pathology services support communication, speech sounds, language development, literacy and social interaction. Our occupational therapists help children build independence through support with sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills and everyday activities.

Literacy & Learning
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY
Therapy begins with understanding your child, their strengths, communication or participation needs, everyday environments and the goals that matter to your family.
Our speech pathologists hold Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status through Speech Pathology Australia. Our occupational therapists are registered with Ahpra through the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
Our process may include:
• Understand: We listen to your concerns and learn about your child’s strengths, interests, routines and priorities.
• Assess: Where appropriate, we use observation, discussion and formal or informal assessments, including comprehensive speech and language assessments, to better understand your child's needs.
• Plan Together: We work with your family to develop meaningful, achievable goals and recommend the most suitable support.
• Provide Therapy: Sessions are individualised, engaging and informed by evidence, with activities selected to suit your child and their goals.
• Review and Adapt: We monitor progress, share updates and adjust therapy as your child’s strengths, needs and priorities change.
Families may also receive practical strategies that can be used between appointments and in everyday routines.

WHEN MIGHT MY CHILD BENEFIT FROM THERAPY?
Every child develops differently. Families may seek professional advice when communication, movement, sensory experiences, emotional regulation or everyday activities are affecting their child’s confidence, participation or independence.
A speech pathologist may be helpful if your child:
• Is difficult to understand or has difficulty producing particular speech sounds
• Has difficulty understanding language, expressing ideas or following instructions
• Is communicating less than expected for their developmental stage
• Stutters or shows signs of frustration when speaking
• Needs support with literacy, social communication, AAC or feeding.
An occupational therapist may be helpful if your child:
• Has difficulty with coordination, fine motor skills or handwriting
• Finds dressing, eating or other self-care activities challenging

Our session fees are aligned with industry standards and NDIS pricing guidelines. Grow & Tell charges the recommended NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour Monday- Friday.

No referral is needed to see our therapists. You can contact us directly to book an appointment or assessment.

Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, which includes 45 minutes face-to-face and 15 minutes progress notes). Frequency depends on your child’s goals but we recommend weekly sessions based on research. Homework is provided between sessions and a communication book is given to school or childcare providers to help with practice.

Yes. Our team provides assessments, reports, and therapy under both NDIS self-managed and plan-managed funding.

Children frequently miss sessions due to being unwell, away or other commitments. Grow & Tell understands this and continues to provide support for children and families during these times.
To support continuity of care and therapeutic progress, families are encouraged to maintain approximately a 90% attendance rate per quarter, or receive another clinically relevant service where attendance is not possible.
If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session in person, the clinician may provide another clinically relevant service during the reserved appointment time to continue progressing the child toward their therapy goals.
This may include services such as parent telehealth sessions, parent coaching, goal review and therapy planning, liaising with schools or other professionals, creating therapy resources or visual supports, reviewing videos shared by families, or providing personalised home programs and therapy activities.
