Attendance Policy.

Grow & Tell Speech and Occupational Therapy operates using a Perpetual Care Model, with recurring therapy appointments provided throughout the year, including NSW school holiday periods.

• Our mission is to support your child’s ongoing progress toward their individual therapy goals.

• Regular attendance helps maintain therapeutic momentum, consistency, and strong clinician-child relationships.

• Families are encouraged to maintain approximately a 90% attendance rate per quarter, or receive another clinically relevant service where attendance is not possible.

• If your child is unable to attend a scheduled session in person, another clinically relevant service may be provided during the reserved appointment time, including parent telehealth, therapy planning, home programs, resource creation, or liaison with schools and other professionals.

• As Grow & Tell carries a waitlist of families seeking support, recurring appointment times are reserved and protected to support fair and sustainable access to services.

• If attendance or receipt of services falls below 90% across a 3-month period, Grow & Tell may review the suitability of the recurring appointment time or transition services to flexible or casual bookings.

• If you wish to permanently cease ongoing therapy services, a minimum of 7 days written notice is required so another family may be offered support.
