An Experienced Paediatric Team
Grow & Tell is a Sydney-based paediatric Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy practice with an experienced multidisciplinary team supporting children and families across the Lower North Shore, Inner West and surrounding areas.
Our speech pathologists work with children across a broad range of communication needs, allowing families to access assessment, therapy and ongoing support within one multidisciplinary paediatric team.
Two Sydney Clinic Locations
Families can access speech pathology at our St Leonards/Crows Nest clinic on Sydney’s Lower North Shore and our Rhodes clinic in Sydney’s Inner West.
For families who cannot attend one of our clinics, we also provide mobile services across selected areas of Sydney and Telehealth appointments across Australia.

Telehealth may be used for ongoing speech therapy, parent support and some speech pathology assessments, depending on your child’s individual needs.

The length of speech therapy varies for every child and depends on their communication needs, goals, age and the type of support required. Some children may work towards a specific speech or language goal over a shorter period, while others benefit from ongoing support.
Following assessment, your speech pathologist will discuss appropriate therapy goals and recommendations with you. Progress is reviewed regularly so therapy can be adjusted as your child develops and their communication needs change.

An assessment helps your speech pathologist understand your child’s individual strengths and areas where they may need additional support. Depending on your child’s needs, this may include standardised assessment, clinical observation, language samples, play-based activities and information from parents or educators.
Following the assessment, your speech pathologist will explain the findings and provide recommendations for therapy or other support where appropriate.
