How Our Mobile Speech Therapy Works
Our mobile speech pathologists provide therapy in familiar environments across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner West, including at home, school and selected community settings. We work closely with families to understand your child’s needs and develop practical goals that can be supported in everyday life.
Parent-Only Telehealth Consultation:
We begin with a parent-only Telehealth appointment to learn about your child, discuss your concerns, developmental history and communication goals, and plan the most appropriate next steps.
Assessment & Individualised Goals:
Your speech pathologist will assess your child’s communication needs and work with you to develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
Ongoing Mobile Therapy:
Therapy can take place at home, school or in selected community settings, depending on your child’s needs and service availability.
Collaboration & Progress Reviews:
We work with parents, carers and educators where appropriate, sharing practical strategies and reviewing your child’s progress over time.

Mobile speech therapy brings a qualified speech pathologist to your child’s everyday environment. Sessions may take place at home, school or in selected community settings across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner West, depending on your child’s needs and service availability.

You may consider speaking with a speech pathologist if you have concerns about your child’s speech clarity, language development, understanding, stuttering, literacy or social communication. We begin with a parent-only Telehealth consultation to learn more about your concerns and recommend the most appropriate next steps.

Yes. Our speech pathologists can assess and support children who stutter and children experiencing some voice or resonance concerns. Where appropriate, your speech pathologist may also recommend assessment by another health professional as part of your child’s care.

Sessions are tailored to your child’s individual communication goals and may include play-based activities, structured therapy tasks and practical strategies that can be used in everyday life. Your speech pathologist may also work with parents, carers or educators to help support your child’s communication between sessions.

Grow & Tell supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Some families may also be eligible for Medicare rebates with an appropriate referral. Eligibility and funding arrangements vary, so our team can help you understand the options available for your child.
