James Delasan

James is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families to thrive. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College and brings valuable international experience, having worked as a paediatric occupational therapist in both the Philippines and Australia for more than 9 years.

James has supported children with a wide range of developmental needs, including sensory processing differences, fine and gross motor challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, feeding concerns, and delays in daily living skills. He takes a strengths-based, child-centred approach to therapy, working collaboratively with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure goals are meaningful and achievable.

He is trained in MNRI® Dynamic & Postural Reflex Integration, supporting children whose retained reflexes may be impacting movement, coordination and regulation. James is also trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding, allowing him to support children who experience feeding challenges in a gentle, play-based and evidence-informed way.

James is passionate about helping children build independence and confidence in their everyday lives — whether that’s participating in classroom activities, managing self-care routines, developing motor skills, or engaging socially with peers. He values creating a safe, supportive therapy environment where children feel empowered to try new skills and celebrate their progress.

At Grow & Tell, James is committed to delivering individualised, evidence-based occupational therapy that supports each child to achieve meaningful participation across home, school and community environments.
